Meet our Team

Maddy attended Michigan State University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in neuroscience. Her passion to learn and understand more about how the brain works led her to Grand Valley State University where she earned her master’s degree in occupational therapy. Throughout graduate school and beyond, Maddy discovered her love to support the growth and development of children through play. She loves to utilize play as a tool to facilitate learning, sensory processing, social emotional development, and motor skills.

When Maddy is not at Blossom, she loves to run, read a good book, and spend with her friends and family. She spends much of her free time supporting her family’s non-profit organization by coordinating and leading retreats in northern Michigan for young adults who have been diagnosed with cancer!
